My first trail half in many years and really loved it. The route is beautiful, albeit with some super tough hills, but the organisation was great, the marshals fantastic and the beer and pizza at the end a winning combination!

Amazing scenery and brewery finish. More races should offer beer/commemorative glasses/pizza/massages at the finish line like The Moyleman does, over medals.

Fantastically run with proceeds for charity, lovely atmosphere.
My fifth time running and I'll be back next year!

Our favourite marathon by far, it could not be better!

Organised very well with many marshals

Really well organised. Great course marking. Only went wrong one and ended up in a cow shed. Atmosphere coming down into Lewes is fantastic. Would have liked travel arranged from start to half way point to avoid 1 per hour trains. GPX good bar one tiny section. Quality Pizza and beer at the finish line ☀️

Blessed with a gorgeous sunny day out on the Sussex downs this was a great event. Beyond excellent organisation, fantastic marshals from start to finish. Rewarded with a glass or Harvey’s and a pizza. What could be more perfect? Oh yes hang on supporting two wonderful charities. Huge thanks to those involved. Highly recommended.

Fantastic local event, well organised and finishes with a pint and pizza in the yard of Harvey's brewery. What more could you want.
