Beautiful but tough community event
Super friendly, well-organised, stunning route, beer and pizza at the end. Raises money for charity and brings local people together. What’s not to like?

I can see what all the fuss is about now…
I’ve been running trail races around Sussex for twenty years but for some reason have never done The Moyleman. I totally get what all the fuss is about now…! Incredibly beautiful route, a million friendly Marshalls and beer and pizza at the finish. No nonsense, brilliantly organised trail running supported by local business and clubs. Spot on.

The events holds true to its values, well organised with a great team and super friendly marshals. The views are immense on a great day and it's always nice to finish with a pint and a pizza.

A tough, fun,hilly race. Sunshine made it so much better this year!
This is my third year and definitely my favourite due to the weather. Whether it's the relay or the full everyone gets a great welcome at the finish and the free pizza, harveys and massage along with a great atmosphere and lovely volunteers cheering you on along the way make it a great race. Thank you!

The perfect trail marathon
Thankyou to the organisers who, once again, do an amazing job creating a trail marathon of dreams. Yes it's hillier than ideal but the scenery, the Marshalls, the pizza and beer make it all worthwhile. It's eco friendly, non corporate and just a joy to be part of

Loved getting a beer and pizza at the end. It would have been nice to have a ticketing system for the massages.

Just a fantastic race, ballot a little annoying but understand it is needed. Always on the yearly todo list. Great organisation, support, course, memento, end of race atmosphere and venue. Never fails to be enjoyed.

Not money-grabbing or commercial, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, stunning scenery, tough course. Hard to beat!
